OUR STUDIO

99 01 ARCHITECTS were founded in Athens in 2001 by Eleni Kokkinaki and Vassilios Arapidis.
Ever since the objective has been to create a narrative for each architectural work, with a design language that adapts to different challenges and spaces.

The Mission

We believe in timeless design, honest materials, and the quiet confidence that comes from getting the details right. Whether we’re shaping a room or reimagining a home, we create with purpose, care, and a deep respect for how people live.

This approach keeps our work aligned with your expectations, reducing surprises and helping the project stay on track. For you, this means a more enjoyable design experience, greater peace of mind, and a final result that truly fits your life.
